R&M Manufacturing Co., LLC is a contract manufacturer of high quality precision sheet metal stampings; CNC Turret punched blanks, formed and welded products. We strive to meet our customers’ quality and delivery requirements.  It is our commitment to deliver products on time; meet all required specifications and standards, at a competitive price.

Repeatable component perfection, as well as economical metal fabrication, is the result of careful planning and thoughtful project implementation. At R & M we utilize a Quality Management System that is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

R&M recognizes the need for an effective Quality program to ensure compliance with customer standards.  The goal of the Quality Management System is to: 

• Provide our employees with the tools and knowledge required to produce products that meet the quality requirements               
• Work to achieve zero defects               
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effective               
• Develop a Quality Assurance Policy and internal procedures that meets ISO 9001:2000 standard

To achieve our goal of continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction, we have applied the methods demonstrated in this manual and in our overall quality system. These measures will result in continued quality improvement at the lowest possible cost.
