Tool & Die Build Capabilities
We build and service tools up to 42" x 96" (4 tons) and are able to offer tryout presses up to 330 tons. Tools are built using state-of-the-art Fanuc Robocut wire EDMs, Haas machining centers, and grinding technologies. Additionally, the use of multiple measuring instruments: Micro-VU Excel Model 1054 UC CMM with laser, touch probe and scanning capability, gages, optical comparators, and tooling microscopes, ensure the delivery of our precise, custom tools.
Our in-house, custom approach to tool and die building is second-to-none in the industry. It allows us to build tools that serve multiple industries, including automotive, clean energy, electrical power generation, smart energy/distribution, electrical components, and recreational vehicles.
Records are maintained for each die we build for the life of your program. This includes a tooling history file for each tool.
